Cliff Williams Memorial Foundation

The Cliff Williams Memorial Foundation is a conduit through which the business community can become actively involved in supporting and improving the quality of education received by our children.  Community support is vital to the success of our program.  The people of LaSalle Parish are responding, through business and individual contributions, to the needs of our students.  Today's students must not only have an understanding of the basic educational fundamentals, but also must be exposed to the latest information and equipment available in order to compete successfully in the workplace.

Our Board of Directors is committed to promoting academic excellence within our school system.  We work closely with the LaSalle Parish School Board to promote teamwork in reaching our common goals.  The Foundation's agenda begins where the School Board's agenda must end.  We provide educational grants for the classroom, which rejuvenate and enrich curriculum and provide new opportunities for learning.  The request for grants come from the creative minds of enthusiastic teachers and are designed to motivate and encourage student participation and promote understanding.
